[hpsdr] Hermes VNA software with Anan-100D

Mike,

Slight correction: RX1 is available on XVTR RX (and alternately on EXT1 or
EXT2) and Tx on XVTR Tx, however, you need to check the "Disable ANAN PA"
checkbox, currently this function ONLY works in transverter mode, however,
since this is under software control I am sure it can be activated for VNA
operation as well,
