[hpsdr] cuSDR on ATI/AMD

Dear All,

I was just listening to yesterday's Teamspeak session, and there again came
up the question if cuSDR will run on graphics card other than Nvidia.

Since the Cuda parts are not present in the available versions, cuSDR will
run on any graphic card which supports OpenGL 2.1. I'm looking forward in
using OpenCL in order to make parallel features available also for other
hardware.

Please note the 'tiny' difference between OpenCL and OpenGL, hi.
