If anybody is interested in trying a Skimmer Server plugin please drop me
an email off list.

It is written per VE3NEA specs and it runs OK here with Hermes v2.4
firmware and Win7 on up to five bands (may also work with Mercury/Metis and
Angelia)

It's an initial version and probably has some bugs.  Also this DLL will not
work with the CW Skimmer, only the Skimmer
