[hpsdr] backward T2 on penny

Hi All,
Why not just adjust the input attenuator on munin rather than risk damage to penny. 
The step down transformer will drive a lower impedance load. 
I'm building two Munin amps to have a 12 volt rig. 
I have a 50 volt strip to drive the linear. Frank WA1GFZ
