[hpsdr] BOM for Hermes

Hi All.

I believe this link shows the latest BOM from Apache Labs. It is the same  
as I used when I built 2 Hermes boards.

Here is one I used to build mine. I didn't want to post it because I can't  
guarantee it's correct. My board has glitches with the PHY - could be  
because of wrong parts or assembly issues (suspect the latter).

Probably only the Apache Labs have the correct BOM.

I don't think I will take this road again, i.e. building something as  
complex as Hermes without having 100% correct documentation.
