[hpsdr] Munin parts-kit arrived!

Hi Chris,

Yes, I was surprised as well that the package came through without taxes.
This is the first time for me.
I was expecting to pay 21% "BTW" (= Dutch VAT) .and a €13 PO handling fee.
This would have added a considerable amount to the cost of my Munin-kit, 
but still a bargain!
