[hpsdr] Angelia and Hermes External Clock Problem

Guys:

     Why not put a TCXO on a small board and run it to
the external clock input?  Most people would be very
satisfied with +- 0.5% PPM stability of a Crystek #


  CXOH20-BP-10.000

at about $50 from Mouser, and thus would not need an
external clock.
