The XVTR selection should be switched by the selection of band to be VHF+
and revert to the EXT position selected when the "HF" bands are selected.

This is additional to the bug which does/does not enable/disable the HF PA
whwn switching between a XVTR band and an HF band.


Between them makes it virtually imnpossible to use the rig on " Metres via
my transverter and on the HF bands without considerable reconfiguring of the
settings.
