[hpsdr] Hoping to find a Hermes PC Board to build upon...

I would very much like to have a go at building a Hermes unit.

I would like to obtain a bare Hermes PCB.  I've tried tapr.org but
they are out. I have emailed and requested w/ apache-labs.com
but have not received a reply.

I would gladly pay the going price for the board and any parts
that may go with it.
