[hpsdr] switching ranges of 14, 21 and 28 MHz track noise falls down

 Hi All.
Hope for new firmware Metis were not realized.
The problem of switching from low to high frequency band range was from the beginning.Sometimes (not always chaotic) when switching from 3,5 MHz or 7 MHz to 14 MHz or 28 MHZ lost RX sensitivity and track noise in the panorama PowerSDR falls down.
Turn back again 14 or 28 MHz - all worksIn.
What may be the Problem?
With programs cuSDR32, KISSKonsole nicely.
Ask for help in solving the problem
