Hello group,

Here are some of my findings when I got to the point of ordering my 
parts, these are some of the discrepancies that I did find.

TAPR build:

Components not placed:
R17, R18, J1, C39, J28,J29,R77, R87, J14, J19, SW1, R131, R132, R133, 
R134, R135, R136, R137

Values different to BOM:
F1: Bourns MF-MSMF050 / 500mA hold current 15V max
F2: Bel Fuse Inc. 0ZCC0160BF2C / 1,6A hold current 16V max
F3: Bel Fuse Inc. 0ZCC0300FF2B / 3A hold current / 6V max

R123: according to BOM 0 ohm, according to schematic and TAPR build 
Hermes 10k

C70: missing from BOM, according to schematic and TAPR build Hermes 1nF
R113: value according to BOM 63.4k, according to schematic and TAPR 
build Hermes 56k

C185: value according to BOM 0.47uF, BOM partnumber 0.047uF, BOM digikey 
number is for 0.47uF/16V and schematic says 47uF/10V

Q3, Q4: BOM says MMBT3906-7-F as does the schematic, DigiKey partnumber
is for BFT92,215 , according to schematic and TAPR build Hermes MMBT3906

R101, R107: BOM says 47k, schematic says 10k, according to schematic and 
TAPR build Hermes 10k

C37: value according to BOM 33pF, according to schematic 47p, can't find 
this component on the board, is probably c229 on the board

C77: value according to BOM 10uF, according to schematicpage 9 47p, in 
reality connected to U13 instead of U7 (10uF / 20V tantalum) as per 
schematic page 4 so BOM is correct

C228, C229: not on BOM, are placed on TAPR Hermes, no idea of value, 
probably 33pF or 47pF

These were some of the things I could find from my notes.

Vendor Part-numbers are mostly correct I think, the part-number in the 
4rd column is not always correct.
Do check everything twice at least.

It would be nice if someone from TAPR would publish the Final version of 
the BOM and schematic, as build.
