[hpsdr] HPSDR software problems!

Hi Aivars,

there was a user who needed to update not only the driver for the graphic
chip, but also the whole Chipset.

Apart from that I hardly can do anything in the Software without loosing
important features of OpenGL (like Framebuffer Objects, etc) afaik.
