[hpsdr] Tapr hombrew hermes need corrections for new builds (update BOM & Schematic ?)

these fuses are not ok they are 1,1 A hold current fuses you have to search
for one for f3 at least with 2A better 3A hold current. For F3 i think it
is better to have a 6V one as Stijn mentioned above.

The Fuses from the BOM have a trip current of 2 A.
