[hpsdr] XV432 Transverter on Hermes (via PowerSDR)?

Anybody using the Elecraft XV432 Transverter with the Hermes (ANAN-10)? If
so, is there an upper limit on the 70cm band (below the 450mHz point) due to
stopping the Hermes transmit capabilities (on PowerSDR) at 29.7mHz opposed
to 32mHz?
