[hpsdr] Closing PowerSDR and cuSDR programs crashing

Phil,

If PowerSDR crashes on closing, this can be caused by an incompatible
database. Please check that the database.xml file has been deleted. You
might have to manually delete the file as the 'Reset Database' feature may
fail to delete the file.

I'm having this problem with V2.2.7 of PowerSDR but have not had time to
examine the crash file as yet.
