[hpsdr] Free BeRadio SDR seminars

I'd love to attend this, but this appears to be geared towards 
electronics engineers who would potentially be designing SDR based 
products. Are they going to be upset by someone signing up as a 
hobbyist? I certainly can't claim that the company I work for has any 
interest in developing SDR based products.
