[hpsdr] Fwd: cuSDR linux svn updates.

I have success compiling the cuSDR32 sources that are currently on the svn,
with Ubuntu 11.10 and Qt 4.8.1. Note these sources are few months behind
and do not have the latest lock-spectrum tune features, but work excellent
Note I did try to build with U12.04LTS and Qt 5.0.0, but there are too many
changes in Qt 5.0.0 and make fails early.
