[hpsdr] G6H-2-DC12 relay in Alex

[Henk PA5KT]

I found a Panasonic relays as replacement. Mouser part number 
769-TQ2-12V-3. Did not test and I am not sure this is really working.

I am interested in any relay which works. Please keep the list updated.
