See Setup>DSP>Keyer>Connections

Here you can select a COM port on your PC to use as a keyer input.  Sorry I 
don't know what pins to use put I guess a search on the Flex Knowledge Base 
should find them.

I have been enjoying my Hermes and learning how to operate it.  I know
from listening to Team Speak there is at least ham running Hermes in CW
from a remote location.

How can I key this rig in CW using my outboard keyer without using any
connection to the key jack?  For now I just want to run Hermes from a
long Ethernet cable without other cables.
