[hpsdr] No RF coming in through Penny Whistle

Brian:

Signals won't go backwards through the Pennywhistle amplifier.

You need an antenna relay to route around the amplifier when
you are in receive, and also a low pass filter for the Pennywhistle 
amplifier
when you are in transmit.
