[hpsdr] Mercury Problem

Hi Stephen, 

RRR, understood.  Well, I happen to have my Atlas-based system out and working with it so I’d be happy to help you with comparative checks between my Mercury board and yours if you wish.  

We could use direct email instead of the reflector to work together on it.  

Do you have operating voltage on your 122.88 MHz osc module?
