[hpsdr] New version of Wireshark plugin uploaded

I uploaded a new version of the wireshark plugin to my site.  There's a bit more parsing of the USB packets, and it now has a field for the sample data so you can see where those bytes are.

Code is in my Git repository and the Windows binary is available at:

http://www.nh6z.net/Files/openhpsdr.dll

Use them together.  Use them in peace.
