Dear Abhi,

1. Where can we get the new telephone support for the many technical and 
operational issues pertaining to the  Apache-Labs products that we own 
and that Ken Hopper N9VV has been providing to us long before we 
purchased them? Please provide us the name of the new person, telephone 
number and Email.

2. Exactly what services will these distributors be performing for the 
purchasers of Apache Labs Products. Who are they?

3. Where will your U.S. Offices be located that you plan to open in the 
near future? Will you have a distribution warehouse adjacent to it?
How many employees will staff your U.S. office? Please provide us 
address and telephone number if available.

4. Please describe to us the Repairs and Service tasks that Doug W5WC 
will be performing. Warranty? Out of warranty? Service fees? Other fees 
and costs? How may we contact Doug.

5. What Legal and Visa formalities are pending. Can anyone of us be of help?
