[hpsdr] Mercury Level Calibration

I had this problem a couple of weeks ago, and reported it to Doug W5WC, 
who investigated, and confirmed that the level calibration is indeed 
broken.  He told me how to manually hack the database to make the 
S-meter reading correct.  Not sure when a fix is expected.
