[hpsdr] ATU for Munin

HI Tony.

Munin is meant to be used with the ALEX LPF/ HPF units. In my opinion, it  
is a waste of time to make a special ATU for use with the OpenHPSDR 100W  
stations. There are so many reasonable priced good ATU´s on the market.

The combination of Hermes/ Apollo 15W unit with ATU is another story.  
Having a complete portable unit being able to run on batteries when  
traveling is extremely convenient. I brought my first prototype USB  
Hermes/ Apollo with me when on vacation to VK back in 2011 and had a lot  
of QSO´s (using a small LDG ATU, the software for the internal ATU was not  
ready). I mostly used  vertical antennas for the highest bands but also a  
W3DZZ dipole for 80 and 40 meter. Having the ATU available was a must!
