[hpsdr] mRX-FFT v3.0.16(6/25/13) Error Message

Is anyone able to run  OpenHPSDR mRX-FFT v3.0.16 (5/25/13) over
night without triggering : "Unhandled exception has occurred in your
application..." 
Since I can consistently trigger this
error,  I'm wondering if the problem is in my installation or if I
have uncovered a persistent problem?
I have a screen capture (.png)
of the error message and the blank panadaptor window with the error's
characteristic Red X through it if anyone is interested in seeing more
detail.
