[hpsdr] cuSDR on QT5

Dear All,

I have cuSDR running on Qt 5.0.1 (also tried Qt 5.1.0 Beta). In principle
it works, OpenGL and waterfall's just fine etc, but the control widgets do
not open/close properly because of a bug in Qt5.

For the time being I will switch back to Qt 4.8.4, and let you know when
there's a new version!
