[hpsdr] Nuisance trips with 100D

I'm getting a lot of nuisance trips for high SWR that I didn't get with my Flex-5000 in the same setup.  I have clicked on Limit
Slew, and it seems to have helped but not eliminated the problem.  Thoughts or solutions?
