[hpsdr] Metis Programming not working

I seem to be having trouble getting Metis to program.

 

It's currently on v1.6.

 

I can read the card fine, and when I try to flash it to the later v2.6b it
says it's erasing, then programming, but after the rediscovery, it's still
on V1.6.

 

I am using HPSDRprogrammer V2 2.0.4.0 2013-6-9 as the latest found on the
HPSDR website.

 

Any idea what I seem to be missing here ?
