[hpsdr] ExtIO for hermes

Has anybody tried to write an ExtIO plugin for HPSDR that works over the
network?   There is a USB version in the svn trees by Alberto but I
couldn't find anything for ethernet.

IIRC the new extio spec has ability to pass demodulated audio back to the
SDR DAC and may be even  support multiple RX streams.  I can't find where I
read about this so may be I'm imagining things :).
