[hpsdr] Hermes noise figure

That's in fairly close agreement with my measurements on my Angelia: 11.00+/-0.15dB NF at 28.5MHz, using 5.6dB ENR and 15.6dB ENR
sources (RF Design RFD 2305 & Matched Attentuator).

measured the noise figure of my TAPR hermes. Test equipment is a SKTU R&S noise source and a 400 E HP RMS voltmeter. Hermes is
supplied via the built in DC/DC converter. Here are the numbers

28 MHz 10,5 dB
29 MHz 10,4 dB
30 MHz 10,2 dB
50,1 MHz 11,9 dB
51,0 MHz 12,1 dB
52,0 MHz 12,6 dB
