[hpsdr] Hermes, upping output to 200 watts, whilst maintaining Hermes IMD?

Hi Terry,

the amp proposed by Helmut, DC6NY is a 50V powersupply one stage only
version with excellent IMD specifications. I think that this is the
right way to be used with Penny especially if you will proceed with
predistortion technic in software.
