Dear Dave,
It should be no surprise that the 'downloads' page on the OpenHPSDR.org's wiki has just
the drivers that you need.  We have signed drivers for win7-64 and win8-64.  Of course
'Metis' needs no such driver, as it is an Ethernet board and uses the built-in windows
Ethernet driver.

You can also download either PowerSDR (full-featured software, surprised you don't have
this yet?) or KISS installers, and both put the required USB drivers onto your system from
where you can install them.  Note that the drivers are copied to your system (files are
installed onto your system), but installing the drivers as a driver is an extra step.
Only those with Ozy or Magister need do that.
