[hpsdr] cuSDR multiple RX and sending output to companion programs

cuSDR looks like a good alternative to PowerSDR but I have not discovered
how to run n receiver "slices" (to use Flex's terminology) and then send
the baseband demodulated output (or the broadband I/Q output -- even
better) from each one to multiple external CODECs (programs) using some
utility, e.g. VAC. I suspect that the fault is mine and I simply haven't
looked hard enough and if true, I apologize and request the boon of a link
or two to help me along. If that functionality doesn't exist, it seems to
me it might be useful.
