[hpsdr] New HPSDR/P*SDR Release - Display, 384K, and more

Hi Warren and Doug.

Just a short report from the tests with the new PSDRv3.

It is very impressive and I specially like the new "Deep FFT". Also the
wider bandwidth of the display is very good.

The only problem I have is that when I enable 348 KHz sample rate, the
display freeze and no audio output. When switching back to 192 KHz,
everything works as before. This may be I am doing something wrong. I´ll
come back later today after a ski trip.
