[hpsdr] Apollo

Hi Klaus.

TAPR has decided not to go further with Apollo.

Apache Labs is going to produce Apollo and also combine it with Hermes.  
The plan is to start the production in the near future.

The software for the ATU is working but need some more testing and  
integration into the firmware of Hermes.

We have at the moment 5 working Hermes/Apollo here in Tromso, Norway. They  
perform very well and we´ll hopefully test the ATU during the next week.
