[hpsdr] Fwd: PennyWhistle driving an Ameritron AL-811

I finally figured out a solution to stop blowing FETs. I placed a tuner
between the AL-811 and the PW and no more blown FETs. I'm not sure what
exactly caused the problem but the tuner resolved the problem.
