[hpsdr] Updated Metis code - V2.6a

All,

We just found a small bug in Metis V2.6 in that we were only sending  4k of 
wideband data rather than 16k.  This made the wideband display in KISS 
Konsole and cuSDR rather unstable.

This has now been corrected and Metis_V2.6a is available for  downloading 
from  www.openHPSDR.org  under Downloads.
