[hpsdr] Stitched receivers on Mercury?

Received the following off-list from Doug. In case others are wondering, and
for the sake of archive searches:
 

"The stitched receivers are not available on  Mercury. Mercury has 3
receivers and we need 4 to cover the stitching and the second receiver.
