[hpsdr] Updated Metis code - V2.6a

Hi Phil,

Thanks for the updated Metis firmware.

The "a" part of the new firmware revision is not being displayed on
PowerSDR mRX-FFT v3.0.16 on the Setup > General > HPSDR form under
Firmware Versions.

Perhaps this is normal, and the letter suffix is not intended to be
diplayed, but figured I'd mention it just in case.
