Hi Phil,
I have a clone I bought for $19 quite a while ago from the Far East -- I
hope it's a clone considering the price and that it was advertised as a
clone.

The label says ALTERA USB-Blaster which makes it look genuine ALTERA.

However, it works for programming Hermes.

I have the EE-Blaster I use with HiQSDR but I haven't tried it with Hermes.
