[hpsdr] Hermes question -- amplifier keying

Hi John,

I hadn't seen a response... but the delays are under Setup | Options in 
PowerSDR. PTT delay, MOX Delay RF Delay.
Also under Setup | Transmit there is VOX delay if you use it.
Finally under Setup | DSP | Keyer there is a Break In delay.
