[hpsdr] HPSDRBootloader and MercuryEU update

Dave,

according to the latest Teamspeak recording I learned that it is a minor
adaption to the HPSDRBootloader to add an option to program the
MercuryEU board, too. Thank you!

Referring to the ongoing works for an advanced backplane, I would like
to comment one thing that would be of an enormous help. Everytime, you
are updating your HPSDR system, you have to dismantle the whole
hardware. I would appreciate, if all boards could be kept in place and
programmed via Metis Ethernet link. My concern is, that during
disassembling a HPSDR-System the boards could be demaged.

This should be a suggestion only. Sometimes, during designing software,
it is easy to incorporate a feature, instead to add a rucksack later.
