[hpsdr] AGC Slope in PowerSDR

I ran across W6XX's tests from ~3 years ago showing flawed implementation
of AGC Slope in PowerSDR OpenHPSDR:

Googling yields no further (and more recent) results for "agc slope".

Was the issue with AGC Slope in Power SDR OpenHPSDR ever subsequently
addressed or discussed/clarified?
