[hpsdr] cuSDR64 for Linux?

Oh, o.k., thank you Edson. Darn it I hate to compile Qt to fix the 
problem, but I will begin with the 4.8.x distro.

Are there any ./configure special options that I need in order to 
compile the Qt source?
