[hpsdr] AGC Slope in PowerSDR

Thanks Warren;
This info is a welcome resource and refresher even for those of us who have
been using PowerSDR for years (and maybe are too lazy to poke around long
enough to find it for ourselves; me especially). If it's not already there,
maybe a link to this should be added to openhpsdr.org?
