That board is for use with the ANAN-10, 10W in and 300W out with just a 
final using 2 SD2933's.

My board is  0.5W in 300W out and the price is 9200 Rubels - it uses a 
MRF150 driver and 2 SD2933's in the final.

Victor told me they don't ship heatsinks because of problems with 
customs. I don't know if that applies only to the UK customs but you can 
ask him.
