[hpsdr] Spectrum challenge this weekend!

Thanks Andrew.  The vast majority of signals were s9+.  I had AGC Gain
throttled way back so that only the strongest of signals would tickle the
AGC threshold and couldn't believe how good the Hermes/ANAN-10 sounded.
