[hpsdr] Before I BURN MUNIN

I just constructed Munin. My first approach was to check whether the following pairs are short or not through continuity tester:
  a.. Positive and Negative terminal 
  b.. Input Terminal 
  c.. Output Terminal
What I found the output terminal is showing SHORT through a continuity tester – is it correct
