[hpsdr] Hermes - PTT and ssb latency

After participating in the CQ WW SSB contest this weekend with a Hermes
based SDR that has only recently come into the shack, I now realize the end
of every xmsn of mine was clipped off. When I released PTT, the audio
stream hadn't yet completed due to latency (duh). I received a comment to
this effect during the contest and when I review a few of the soundclips I
recorded, it's painfully evident.

Assuming the latency is inherent in the Hermes architecture, I would think
there needs to be an option in the Hermes firmware to delay the break (tail
end or release) of PTT. The option could be enabled by PowerSDR, as well
as setting the amount of delay either manually or automatically by internal
latency calculation.
